Practice information

Our consultations are by appointment only.

The assistant will agree with you whether the appointment will take place at the practice, by phone or at your home.

When making the appointment, could you please indicate what you would like to discuss? If you have several questions or complaints, or need a minor procedure, we can then reserve extra time if necessary.

We kindly ask you to call between 8 and 10 a.m. and between 3 and 5 p.m. as much as possible to make an appointment or to ask about test results.

Please note: parking at the practice is paid! Due to renovation of the building, there will be scaffolding on the sidewalk in the coming months and less parking space will be available.

Home visits

If you are unable to come to the practice, we can visit you at home.
• Home visits take place at the end of the morning or the beginning of the afternoon.
• If possible, please request a home visit before 9:30 a.m.

To request repeat prescriptions, you can be transferred to the prescription line via our phone menu. This line is available 24 hours a day.

Requested before 12:00 noon? Then your medication will usually be ready at your pharmacy the next day after 4:00 p.m., or it will be delivered then.

Please note: some pharmacies use different times. Please check with your own pharmacy.

Has something changed in your personal situation, such as a new phone number or address? Please let us know as soon as possible. This way we keep your file complete and can always reach you.

A PGO (personal health environment) is an online place where you can retrieve your medical data from us free of charge. It is often also possible to add health data that you measure yourself. Various PGOs are available; they must meet security requirements for exchanging data and protecting your privacy. On the website of the Patiëntenfederatie Nederland (Dutch Patients’ Federation), you can choose the PGO that suits you best, with the help of a decision aid.
